I get the same creative buzz producing inventive, delicious food as I do from producing an exquisite sentence.

I spent most of year travelling in India with food as my focus. It gave me the opportunity to talk to people about their cooking, their homes, their lives and their beliefs. From the humblest hut to opulent restaurants, they gifted me with their recipes, their pictures and their stories.
