When I was a small child, I was told that I had no drawing ability because I could not colour inside the lines. I believed it. I knew I didn't have that special gift that artistic children demonstrate. There were other things I could do.

August 10th 2020, thanks to Covid, I decided I wanted to learn to draw. I know the drawings are not fabulous. I'm learning. These are from my first few months. I can't draw like my dear friend Corinne, but I'm enjoying the challenge.

I go to a life drawing class at the Gold Coast once a week. They are brilliant artists and very encouraging of my late emerging efforts.
